We are proud to present Speakeasy Brewery's Butchertown Black Ale

Brewed in very limited production to celebrate Speakeasy's 14th anniversary of San Francisco brewing, this west-coast beer is anything but ordinary.  The complex flavor is created by combining a trifecta of aggressive hops including Amarillo, Chinook and Cascade in a dry-hop process.  The use of Black Malts gives this beer a dark color and a slightly toasted flavor, without giving it the thickness of a porter of imperial stout.  Because of the pleasant mouth feel and hop character, this beer is placed near niche category of a Black IPA.

Come down to get a glass and enjoy it while its here!  We are one of the few places in New York City to get a taste of this wonderful beer.
