Sourcing locally is near and dear to our hearts. We source cheese as well as our grass fed all natural meats from NY State, organic produce from NY, NJ and PA. We also follow Monterey Bay Aquarium's Seafood Watch Program, only sourcing sustainable seafood. Our commitment to sourcing locally and working with local producers is part of the Brickyard's mission statement.
